Do you have minimum order?
Our minimum order is USD 100 per one order and no minimum
order for each product code. You may order one piece
of any item while total amount have to equal or greather
than USD 100.
How long do you produce the models?
Any item which its height equal or less than 60 cm will
spend 2-3 days production time.
Any item which its height between 60-150 cm will spend
5-7 days production time.
Any item which its height more than 150 cm will spend
up to 30 days production time.
How muchis shipping cost? We currently features 6 shipping methods both
air and sea.
Sea Freight is the cheapest method suit for ship
medium to large models (shipping volume equal or grether
than 1 cubic meter). Sea Freight is door to sea port
delivery service with 3 - 42 days transit time to worldwide
destination sea ports. You may use Sea Freight Calculator to calculate sea freight cost.
We will inform both air and sea shipping cost after receive of order details.
How long does it spend
to transit time?
Transit time depend on shipping method. To ship by air
need 5-7 days to worldwide destinations.
To ship by sea will need more transit time as following
estimation:
- Asia: 3 days - 2 weeks
- Australia: 2 - 3 weeks
- Europe: 4 - 6 weeks
- America: 4 - 6 weeks
- Other: 4 - 6 weeks
When will I receive the models?
Delivery time equal to production time plus transit
time.
What is your payment method?
We accept Bank transfer and money transfer by Western
Union.
What is payment/shipment
term?
We collect 30% deposit before starting production and
collect balance before shipment for any order which
need more than 1 week production time. We collect 100%
for order which need equal or less than 7 days production
time.
