There are several ways you can order our products:

Order Online:
Using our shopping cart as you browse our product pages, fill in quantity under each product and click button "Add to shopping cart" to add selected item to shopping cart. When you are done shopping, review the items in your shopping cart, make any necessary changes, fill in shipping address and complete the ordering process.

Order by Email:
Please send order details for product code, quantity and shipping address to order@robot-models.com

Ordering procedures
1. We check product availability in stock and check production time for any item need to produce. Most of small item are available unfortunately we don't stock large model that may take 1-4 week production time depend on the production queue. We determined shipping and handling costs of each shipping method(s).

2. We send an email subject "Your order placed with www.robot-models.com". To inform about product availability, production time, products cost, shipping and handling cost, grand total, deposit amount and payment instructions.

3. You confirm order and make 30% deposit for item not in stock. The balance has to be paid which will be notified before the shipment.

Note: 30% deposit amount required for any item need to produce, most of large model are not available in stock and need to produce. Production start upon receives of deposit.

Payment and delivery
We request payment before shipment in case that all items are available in stock and ready for shipment.

If some items need production, we request 30% deposit to start production. The available items inwich the same order will automatic hold to ship together with item on production or split shipment upon your request.

Some shipping methods accept freight collect that you will pay freight and handling charges at destination.
