Oversea shipment:
We currently features 6 shipping methods both air and sea. We will inform you shipping and handling charges after receive of order details. We choose the lowest charge of each shipping method of each order. The variety of shipment sizes, limitation of each shipping method for example EMS limit the parcel weight to 20 kg. then some method couldn't available on some shipment.

Air Freight and Sea Freight become efficient when it is medium to large shipment (more than 100 kg.) thus we will not quote air or sea freight unless requested and it is medium to large shipment.

Products are proper packed with bubble bag and cushioning packing materials; large model will be knockdown configure to save shipping cost.

NB: Shipping information is estimated, actual shipment may have slightly weight and/or volume. We use estimated shipping information to calculate shipping and handling charges.

Shipping by Sea
Sea freight is cheapest method suit for ship medium to large models (shipping volume equal or grether than 1 cubic meter) with 3 - 42 days transit time to worldwide destination sea ports.

    - Service charge is based on actual CBM. but the minimum of every shipment is 1 CBM.
    - To calculate shipping volume by CBM. using this formula: Length x Width x Height in centimeters / 1000000 = Volumetric in CBM.
    - Sea freight cost is transportation charges as door to port service.
    - The charge does not include the local charge at destination. The charge included all export documentation which will be used for shipment clearing at destination as well. We will send the copy shipping document to consignee before the goods arrived. The document contains B/L, Custom Invoice & Packing List.

Sea freight cost consist of two parts. First part is fixed cost at USD 115.00 per shipment, second part is sea freight rate that vary by destination countries. use Sea Freight Calculator to calculate shipping cost.

Shipping by Air

There are 5 shipping methods by air available DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS and Air Freight. Shipping by air would take 1-5 days transit time to worldwide destinations. To calculate shipping cost we use the grater value between actual weight and volume weight.

Volumetric weight, sometimes called dimensional weight, is used when the space of a package takes on an aircraft may cost more than the package's actual weight. We calculate dimensional weight on every shipment, and compare that to its actual weight, and use the greater of the two to determine your shipping cost. International volumetric weights are calculated using this formula:

Length x Width x Height in centimeters / 6000 = Volumetric Weight in kg.

    Special discounted packages: The following are special discounted flat rate that dramatic lower than regular charges. We chooses special discounted package if it is possible unless it will use regular basis.

•  DHL Jumbo Box (48 cm x 45 cm x 35 cm) to ship small item(s) up to box size or up to 10 kg.
•  DHL Jumbo Junior (44 cm x 35 cm x 27 cm) to ship small item(s) up to box size or up to 25 kg.
•  DHL Express pallet small size (79 cm x 79 cm x 47 cm) or up to 50 kg.
•  DHL Express pallet medium size (79 cm x 79 cm x 64 cm) or up to 75 kg.
•  DHL Express pallet large size (79 cm x 79 cm x 81 cm) or up to 100 kg.

Note: DHL express empty pallet weighs 11.4 kg. This, along with the weight of your items, will be the total weight of the shipment. As with other shipments, the greater of the actual weight or volumetric weight will be chargeable

    Freight collect: DHL accepted freight collect that will collect freight and handling charges at destination, DHL consignee account number required.

•  FedEx 10 kg Box (41.5 cm x 34 cm x 27 cm) to ship small item(s) up to box size or up to 10 kg.
•  FedEx 25 kg Box (56 cm x 44 cm x 35 cm) to ship larger item(s) up to box size or up to 25 kg.

    Freight collect: FedEx accepted freight collect that will collect freight and handling charges at destination, FedEx consignee account number required.

    3.  Express door to door delivery service with 1-5 days transit time to worldwide destination.

    4.  Express door to door postal delivery service with 3-7 days transit time to worldwide destination. Shipping cost is based on actual weights. Limit of each parcel weight is 20 kg. thus it suits for small models shipment.

    5. Air Freight is airport to airport delivery with 1-5 days transit time to worldwide destination. It would be cheaper than courier or postal service mentioned above, it become efficient for medium to large shipment. You will get product at the destination airport. We would normally select an air freight forwarder after receiving three rate quotes, but sometimes a customer can get an even lower shipping rate by sending the shipment freight collect. In these days of deregulated shipping rates, it is always wise for the cost-conscious customer to check and compare shipping rates in that manner. We will also use any airfreight forwarder specified by you.

Shipment Damage

Products shipped from Robot-Models are carefully packed. All shipments should be fully unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt. It is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact for inspection by the carrier's agent.

Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or carrier's receipt and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to do this will result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. If damage is not discovered until the shipment is unpacked, make a request for inspection by the carrier's agent and file a claim with the carrier.
